satisfactory stay
helpful staff clean room free water bottles thin windows traffic noise missing iron
the staff were helpful, especially bonnie. she helped me get around. the room was clean with towels provided. bottles of water were left in the room daily.
the windows were thin. i could hear traffic noise from the main road. there was no iron in the room.

temperature regulation sewage odor
the staff provided friendly and informative assistance. it met my basic expectations.
i found the air conditioning system quite problematic. the temperature regulation seemed nonexistent, regardless of setting adjustments it consistently emitted a stream of cold air. when the air conditioning was turned off, an unpleasant odor of sewage filled the room, it was most disagreeable.

a perfect dream
king room daily dishes friendly staff
the room was the beautiful king room balcony, it felt so spacious and clean. breakfast offered many options, and new dishes was daily. the staff was friendly, they always smiled.
the air conditioning was cold. the system needed adjustment, i could not find a stable temperature, always too cold, i wished i could adjust the temperature better.

the hotel is in a quiet residential area. some attractions are very close to this hotel, just a short ride. a 7-eleven and a laundromat are very close, i could do everything i wanted.

Amazing Hotel Experience!
friendly staff helpful service bottled water
I loved how friendly and helpful the staffs were. Bonnie and the twin sisters in the restaurant were especially awesome. Bonnie even helped organize my trips around here! Bottles of water were available daily, so I was hydrated.
There weren't many western options at the breakfast buffet.

The hotel is recently built, I noticed. The pool looked very relaxing during the day. Water ferry service is also within walking distance for easy access to visit sites.

Decent Stay, but Some Issues
sewer smell unclean linens
My stay wasn't the best, actually! The air conditioning barely worked. It was either freezing or off. There wasn't an in-between. A constant smell of sewage filled the room when the AC was off. It was quite disturbing. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing the issue effectively. I also found hairs on my pillow. It. The overall cleanliness was questionable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
